Park Rules

  • Speed Limit: 5 MPH.

​

  • Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 6 AM. Please respect day sleepers.

​

  • Privacy: Respect fellow guests; do not walk through other occupied sites.

​

  • Small Pets Only: Must be on a leash when outside. Clean up after your pet. No chaining pets outside unattended. Pet owners must comply with state and local laws. Proof of rabies vaccination required. Pets that disturb other guests must be removed. No large dogs allowed. Excessive barking will not be tolerated.

  • No Fireworks: Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

​

  • Firearms: Open carry or display of firearms is prohibited.

​

  • Sewer Connections: A positive seal at both ends of your sewer hose is required; use an “O-ring” or “donut” for hook-up.

​

  • Site Cleanliness: Keep your site litter-free, including cigarette butts. Do not store items under or around your unit.

​

  • Trash Disposal: Use provided garbage cans or dumpsters for household garbage only. Do not leave trash outside the dumpster. No metal or heavy trash in the dumpster.

​

  • Site Alterations: No alterations allowed. No clotheslines or garments hung outside.

​

  • Generators: Operate only during extended power outages.

​

  • Vehicles: Limit of two vehicles per site. Must have updated registration, be inspected, and in good working order. No overhauling, repairing, or oil changes of vehicles or major RV repairs. No washing of RVs or vehicles on premises.

​

  • Open Fires: Open fires are prohibited. BBQ pits allowed; do not dispose of ashes until cooled.

​

  • Alcohol and Drugs: Intoxication is not tolerated. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed at your site only. No one under 21 allowed with alcoholic beverages on site. No illegal drugs permitted. Violators will be prosecuted and evicted without refund.​

​

  • Rule Enforcement: The owner reserves the right to enforce and change rules, and to refuse admittance.

​

  • Inspection and Approval: All units must be inspected and approved by management before being allowed in the park. The owner reserves the right to refuse service based on the age, appearance, and condition of the unit.

​

  • Self-Contained: All units must be self-contained and in good working order.

​

  • Prohibited Units: No tents, pop-up trailers, or horse RV units.

​

  • Outdoor Appliances: No household appliances allowed outside of the unit.

​

  • Manufacture: All RVs must be commercially manufactured.

​

  • Owner Rights: The owner reserves the right to refuse service, evict, or refuse entry to anyone disregarding the rules without a refund. Use park facilities and equipment at your own risk. The owner assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or losses.
